The online upload demo is currently unavailable. The sections below describe how it handled information while it was available.
Information you provide
When you downloaded an artifact, the following was recorded together with the artifact hash, event count, and a timestamp:
- → Email address — required for artifact download
- → Company name — optional
Uploaded data
- → Files are processed for validation and artifact generation
- → Uploaded files are deleted after processing
Generated artifacts
- → Artifacts are created based on your submitted data
- → Artifacts are stored on our server to enable download
- → Artifacts are not automatically deleted; they are kept until removed
Technical information
We may collect limited system-level data to maintain reliability.
- → IP address
- → Request timestamps
- → File size and row count
- → Artifact hash
- → Basic usage data
How we use information
- → Deliver artifact downloads
- → Maintain system reliability
- → Understand legitimate usage patterns
- → Respond to inquiries
What we do not do
- → We do not sell your data
- → We do not use advertising trackers
- → We do not retain your uploaded files after processing
Data retention
- → Uploaded files — deleted after processing
- → Generated artifacts — kept until removed (no automatic deletion)
- → Download records (email, company name, artifact hash, event count, timestamp) — kept until deleted; used for communication

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle.
No system is completely secure.
